TCNS Ltd was formed to be a platform for residents to develop work place skills and a preparation for independent living free of substance misuse.

Types of work experience gained through TCNS include:

Design, construction, delivery and erecting of bespoke timber buildings, Grass maintenance and Landscaping contracts, House and Company clearances, Painting and Decorating, Labouring the creation of seasonal christmas wreathes. Driveways, wall building and other building jobs are also undertaken. In 2008 we will start car washing.

The profits made are ploughed back into the work of Teen Challenge North East Scotland and are used to finance things that are not covered by our local authority funding such as minibus, fuel costs and start up costs for residents moving on.
