Sunnybrae was opened on 24th March 2003. In an atmosphere of Christian love, dedicated and caring staff seek to provide a high quality residential programme which will produce positive and lasting changes in each resident who completes it. All residents receive mentoring on a personal basis and our goal is to help them discover the personal strengths and necessary life-skills to live totally free from life-controlling problems. referral procedureAfter contacting our office, prospective residents are sent an application form. An interview at Sunnybrae will be arranged as soon as possible on receipt of the completed form. All applicants should be aware that we are unable to offer personal care of any description. All applicants must therefore be capable of being responsible for such things as personal hygiene, feeding and mobility. We are unable to accept persons in need of help for psychiatric illness. costsAll residents are required to pay a weekly rent, (this is for full board and the figure includes food, heating, hot water and lighting) either from private means or through being able to claim state benefits.
