We ask all applicants to phone in once a day (including weekends). If no one is available to take your call, then please leave a message on the answer machine. You can call this number 24/7.
This helps us to see how motivated an individual is and enables us prioritize the waiting list. Phoning in every day helps the applicant have some focus for the day and support and encouragement if needed.
Complete and send back an application form and remember to complete the consent form at the end of the form. We will need to get a brief report back from your G.P.

- Visit the outreach bus if it's in your area
- Attend a local church on Sunday
